Return Policies

Return Policies
We are passionate about providing service that, at a minimum, equals your love of knitting! Everything about your experience with Knit’s Fabulous should be, well – Fabulous!

We welcome returns of yarn within 30 days of the purchase at regular price that is in original packaging and resalable condition and has the Knit’s Fabulous custom label affixed to it. We can exchange the item, credit your card or provide an in-store credit. Special orders of yarn or any products for a customer are not returnable. 

Exclusions for Returns
We only except returns of yarn as described herein.  We do not accept returns on needles, patterns, books, accessories, gift cards or any sale items. All sales are final.

Shipping Cost for Returns
We do not refund your shipping costs for return items unless we have made an error on your order which is the reason for the return.

Please return products with protective packaging and the original delivery statement.   We recommend that choose a traceable shipping method just in case your package is lost during shipping.

Please include your name, address, phone number and email with your return and let us know if you would like to make an exchange, receive a credit to your card or receive a store credit for eligible merchandise returns.

 

Refunds, Exchanges and Store Credit
Once our team receives your eligible merchandise, they will process your exchange, credit card refund or store credit within 14 days for the cost of the merchandise and notify you by email once it is processed. We do not refund original shipping costs.

 

Merchandise Exchanges
If you have requested an exchange, your account will be charged for the new item and credited for the return. If payment was made with a Gift Card we will mail you a Gift Card.

If a credit card was used in combination with a Gift Card, the entire merchandise amount will be refunded to your credit card. We do not refund any shipping charges.

Classes and Events
The policies below apply to all payed classes and events

  • Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours prior to the event / first class only.  Any other cancellations prior to the event / first class will be for store credit only. 
  • We kindly request all class materials be purchased at Knit's Fabulous.
  • No partial refunds are issued for classes/sessions/events attended for less than the specified time/sessions.
  • No refunds or store credits are issued once event / classes have started.
  • No make up classes or store credits for missed sessions/events by students.
  • Knit's Fabulous will reschedule classes postponed due to Artisan illness or or inclement weather.
  • Knit's Fabulous is not responsible for cancellation of events out of their control by contracted vendors and will issue a refund under these circumstances. 
  • Payment for classes is accepted via cash, check or credit card.
